UNIDIVERSUS:

Paths to Work, Paths to Life

UNIDIVERSUS is a program aimed at supporting the social and professional inclusion of persons with cognitive disabilities. At the University of Seville, it is coordinated by Professor Anabel Moriña and funded by the European Social Fund and Fundación ONCE. The program, which is also implemented at other 33 Spanish universities, offers young people between the ages of 18 and 30 the opportunity to study for an academic year at the Faculty of Education of the University of Seville while gaining hands-on experience through internships in local companies. The ultimate goal: employment and full participation in society. In this episode, Antonio, Adrián, Gema, and Juan Carlos share what approaching the world of work has meant to them, their hopes for the future, and their experience with Unidiversus.
